Re: “The Folks at Amy's Baking Company In Scottsdale Have Gone Insane [Update: They Were 'Hacked']

I am not Amy or Samy. And the reason I have Martin for my facebook picture is because his message was so pure. So, crazytown, where is the love? And why don't we all get a life and let these poor people alone. There are bigger issues in the world, don't you think? Say what you want about me, I am done. But I am Kathy, not Amy.
No more hurting people, people.

Re: “Amy's Baking Company Says 'We Were Hacked!' Following Yesterday's Scorched Earth Campaign

@anonn There's a few reasons to think they weren't hacked. First of all, the local authorities don't care about your social media accounts. The FBI? Good grief, they'd say don't waste our time. Secondly, the KN show highlighted their sensitivity to online criticism. That's why they wanted help to begin with, to have Gordon vindicate them. They specifically noted Yelp reviews, so here's the kicker: they were 'hacked' and years worth of bitter responses by somebody posing as Samy were put in? I don't think so. And, all their social media accounts got hacked.. at the same time? (OK, maybe they used the same password?) And why did it take days for them to finally notice? No, it doesn't add up.

Re: “The Folks at Amy's Baking Company In Scottsdale Have Gone Insane [Update: They Were 'Hacked']

The steal the tips of the servers, that is against DOL rules and laws, they repackage desserts and say they are theirs, that is fraud. They lied to Chef Ramsey about the desserts, ravs and who knows what else. I believe she wanted Chef Ramsey to validate her food, so she could say look look see my food is fine to put it back in the critics face they have been battling for years. It back fired on her. Then she got rid of him before he could bring everything to light she is doing, like the desserts and what ever else she is bring in that she doesnt really cook. She treats people and employees like second class people, and who sings like that meow? The thing I find shocking is the people that are defending them, they are saying its ok she acts this way and is doing the illegal things she is doing. It is illegal to take staff tips as a owner. The long list of things she is doing as a every day practice is shameful. And people are defending her, wow its unbelievable.

Re: “The Folks at Amy's Baking Company In Scottsdale Have Gone Insane [Update: They Were 'Hacked']

This is the most ridiculous thing I've seen/heard in quite a while. This couple needs some serious help, and needs to realize they are human. And humans make mistakes, it's. to be imperfect. We are all made that way, but when you are so delusional that you truly believe you can do no wrong you're only fooling yourself. I wish nothing but the best for these people, but they are thir own worst enemies!

The comment above left by a so called "Kathy Parker" is no doubt Amy or Samy... Besides the ridiculous comment left, the picture is of the little boy killed in the Boston bombings. This is disgusting, disheartening, and proving what GOD-awful people they really are!

Thee two are attempting damage control. but its too late morons, the real you have been seen by millions on tv and the web. Nice try though. By the way, isn't repackaging someone else's goods as your own fraud?

Re: “Amy's Baking Company Says 'We Were Hacked!' Following Yesterday's Scorched Earth Campaign

How do you know they weren't hacked? You don't. You just can't resist judging others negatively even when confronted with possible mitigating evidence. I watched the GR Kitchen Nightmares show. These people didn't act so great. That doesn't mean they weren't hacked. What troubles me is that there is a pop culture trend of judging others negatively as entertainment. I say turn that judging finger inward and the world would be better place.

That "the police called me" image is fake. You can see in the lower left corner that they cut and pasted the text. They actually tried to get Redditors to believe that the cops were going to call them. They obviously are new to the intertubes.

Re: “The Folks at Amy's Baking Company In Scottsdale Have Gone Insane [Update: They Were 'Hacked']

Here is a fact that appears to be overlooked; when a company/person makes a claim that they are making something, when in fact they are just repackaging something and doing it online, it becomes fraud!
Looking at this person's past, fraud appears to be an old friend for her/them. :(

Kind of sad really, too bad she learned nothing in prison, but then most identity theft people never really learn anything, just keep doing what they think they are entitled to.

Re: “Surviving Tucson: A Guide to One's First Summer In the Old Pueblo

Geez.. the negativity from the comments to this article are almost audible. What's so wrong with the suggestions? Sure, there's lots more that can be listed for Tucson summer activities, but the ones given aren't so lame.. Get a life!

The author is also correct - it's damn hot in Tucson during the summer. Sleeping at night with fans going and an air conditioner starting up every few minutes isn't the best part of summer in Tucson. I've lived here since 1978, and I find some aspects of summer in Tucson quite pleasant, but it ain't my favorite season...

uknow, I might almost think that she cooked this whole thing up as a publicity stunt. But then I come to my senses and remind myself what a whacko she is and this would likely be outside her skill set, just like the restaurant business is....
