In Dec. of 2014 I was diagnosed with terminal cancer at the age of 39. The doctors could give me no hope. I did have chemo and radiation, the doctors thought that could prolong my life for a little while. In March of 2015 I had surgery, thats when they found that the cancer had spread to my lymp nodes in my right hip area and couldn't get it all with the surgery. Now it looked like 3-6 months is all I would live. It was a very aggressive form of colorectal cancer.
While searching through the internet i saw lots of testimonies about how people called cured of cancer with the help of cannabis oil, so i had to try if i could get cured and still say my own testimony. I saw this email firstname.lastname@example.org and contacted them in hope of getting the oil and it was delivered to me after taking the oil as prescribed i went for more test and found out that most of the cancer cells were dead and i want everyone to know that am perfectly fine and happy with my family.
My Mother was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer about a one year ago, she has had an extremely difficult journey. She has had two rounds of chemotherapy, one round or Y90 Radiation and now is experiencing liver failure. Jaundice, a weak appetite and depression are a few of her symptoms. I'm wondered what other treatment options she has (such as a liver transplant or a clinical trial) and also how long she has to live. My mother is my best friend and hero, she endures so much as your loved ones do too.but a cousin of mine came to our rescue by ordering this hemp oil from a foundation in US,and so far the medication has proved effective.now my mother can do things she never could do before,i am so happy so i decided to use this medium to alert all cancer patient that with a good hemp oil,you can definitely beat cancer.if you happen to be in need of this medication,you can contact the foundation with this email:(email@example.com) for more information and the delivery process. Thanks and God bless you.
lets ask ourselves one thing all of this monies that is to come from marijuana sales. Where does the money come out of the social fabric of the population ? Will this monies be dispersed back into the economy by market forces, or by gifts given back to the people with heavy administrative costs. This proposed tax windfall is a cancer that will kill the host over time. This takes the very life blood of a free peoples.
I dont know about you people I can still get a quarter pound for $200.00. Soon Mexico will stop most all bulk productions they will favor condensing their product down to oils and concentrates. We can thank the marketeers for this revelation and market expansion.
Thank You, Arizona Dispensary Association aka; ADA. This is just another vehicle that the medical needs person has to pay for Make a market to exploit underreporting and expansion. Slap another layer of prohibition. Get all the rejects that could not make it in the Colorado/California market's to come here. These charlatans want to get their foot in the door, then slam it closed on the long time citizens here. Vote for real change not these snake oil charlatans check out. SAFER AZ the only real freedom from persecution.
It make one wonder does it not. With the years of societal rejection and persecution if caught you had a felony and punished for life. Sort of a chattel that had to be paid from your labor daily to those allowed to profit in the market.>>> This was back up by the SCOTUS with the DRED SCOTT decision. So we went to war over one state free one state slave. To appease the masses after the bloodiest war in american history we allowed states to regulate who could vote plant grow crops sell those crops and what part of the economy they were allowed to use. This was called the Russell Crowe.
If anybody can explain how this CRLMA does not follow the same fallacious format dynamic that has been tried in the past, please help me understand. We now have a prohibition this will in no way repeal it it still leaves 13-3405 on the books. If Paradise Valley passes and ordinance. Your ex invites over to discuss old times gets you on the balcony says lights up then calls the cops. WHALA!!! Montgomery has another felony conviction. If parental rights hang in the balance you just lost that because of Marijuana market protections.
Ben James Yokel; I must say that is quite a pant load.
please give link to verify your statements
Truth is this will promote the illegal market. This is a peer reviewed study on Alcohol and Marijuana when both became managed markets. Both have exploded in the black market dues to the cost of regulatory fees attached. Here is the link done over 80 years of study. This is done by Washington State Univ.
Also a study done by the Colorado department of revenue. In this study they looked at the matrix of the people that used marijuana. in this study. With so many different parts of the plant now being processed the stems,sugar leaves, broad leaves, used to make extracts for oils and edibles. Which results in under reporting of flower and concentrates. The study narrowed the market down to 650,000 of the users that consumed almost 85% of all the available Marijuana available. Here is the study for those that can extrapolate talk to you friends kids relatives. https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/Market%20Size%20and%20Demand%20Study,%20July%209,%202014%5B1%5D.pdf
In 1937, the Nazi Forces in America criminalized marijuana as part of the "Final Solution" policy to justify the unconstitutional arrest and incarceration of African-Americans and Hispanics.
In 2016, WE THE PEOPLE will vote to legalize Marijuana and STOP the Nazi-era fascism and oppression imposed by a few Republican alcoholics.
God bless America, God bless Liberty, Vote for FREEDOM 2016..!
Cannabis is a superfood that can produce a euphoric feeling if the consumer desires. It is completely safe and not addictive. Alcohol is very addictive and dangerous.
The system used for alcohol is stupid and causes unnecessary costs and only allows a few people to realize the potential revenue generation available from the market.
Cannabis ought to be legalized, for sure. However, the distribution system ought not emulate alcohol and ought not restrict individuals from choosing to grow their own, and ought not restrict the small businessperson or ma and pa shop from participating in commerce. In addition, any model is not acceptable if the police will continue to have incentive to be concerned about cannabis activity- and have the ability to investigate, raid, arrest and take items of value from citizens due to cannabis involvement.
An estimated $150,000,000,000 (BILLION) PER YEAR from recreational cannabis sales in America goes directly into the hands of crime cartels and gangs. Legalization will take this fortune away from drug lords and place it into the hands of legitimate responsible business. This plus another $10,000,000,000 (BILLION) is wasted on needless cannabis law enforcement and another $30,000,000,000 (BILLION) lost in potential tax revenue. BILLIONs down the toilet every year due to ridiculous cannabis prohibition laws that make no sense and destroy people's lives daily.
US CDC Figures on numbers of deaths per year in the USA:
* Prescription Drugs: 237,485 + 5,000 traffic fatalities
* Tobacco: 390,323
* Alcohol: 88,013 + 16,000 traffic fatalities
* Cocaine: 4,906
* Heroin: 3,365
* Aspirin: 466
* Acetaminophen (Tylenol): 179
* Marijuana: 0, no fatal toxic overdoses and almost no traffic problems
So, which is safer? Legalize cannabis NOW!!!
The Rocky Mountain High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area reports cited by Ms Polk are deceptive, dishonest and acknowledge no positive effects from legalization. In reality, the benefits of a legal, regulated market are obvious, abundant and have been an unqualified success. Arizona can join in that success or remain in denial by continuing to favor an uncontrollable black market and making criminals of adults who prefer a safer alternative to alcohol or tobacco and are causing no harm to themselves or others.
Wow. - The prohibitionists are addicted to criminalizing good citizens who prefer near harmless marijuana over addictive, very harmful alcohol. -- Such ugly bigotry.
Science and widespread experience have shown marijuana has no significant harms. -- Smart employers of the future will prefer their employees consume near harmless marijuana, rather than addictive, very harmful, violence inducing, traffic carnage fueling, hangover-producing alcohol.
End the fraudulent, federal, marijuana prohibition with two clicks!
Am Sancho Pedro base in united state of America, my wife was suffering from Breast Cancer and the doctor told me that there was nothing that
he could do to save my beloved wife. Then a friend told me about the Harry Ferguson hemp oil that can cure cancer, i told him that my wife’s

i decided to give it a try. I did some research and i found a doctor who helped me with the cannabis oil to cure my wife’s breast cancer and he assured me that
after 4 months the cancer would be no more, here is the email to contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or call + 14083370415

Jammer; I understand I had might grow rights revoked too. Revoked by a rules established after the ballot issue passed.
ADZHDS/MMJ when given the voter mandate. Then came up with the 25 mile rule. To that there was no appeal except to the HMMM Administrative Judge. The only people that could appeal were the people that were in the industry. This is what they want with a
"Marijuana Department of License and Controls"
Nothing but the Industry marketers police and tax collectors. It is that entity that has the inside ear of Insurance and prosecution and revenue.
How ever to be honest you have stated several time that the Sheriff was called for a domestic issue. However we dont hear form the other party. It could be that those 12 plants caused a continual domestic problem so he eliminated the problem?
i had 12 plants growing under the current mmj card rules when dispensarys were not open yet,, police came to my house cause of a domestic dispute and made me pull my plants out,,, i filed a lawsuit and a judge sided with the police saying it was against federal law,,,, what kind of double standard b.s. is this after i paid the state $300 for a mmj card to allow me to do what i was doing ????
it is way past time to legalize cannabis and stop this madness !!!
lets all have our thoughts and prayers for Kyle.
Come on people when are we going to get honest about Marijuana. It has been the vehicle used by so many to rally for support to protect the children. It has done little since the 1937 Harry Anslinger prohibition and legally and economically enhanced war. There has been absolutely no success to this war. We have rouge police, package lopped on felonies to push plea bargains. Judges taking payola to send offenders to prison, We have taken away personal & property rights to not be convicted of a crime for the expediency of the courts. We have people in different counties being prosecuted differently for simple possession.
This travesty has to stop and the CRLMA wants to continue this prohibition they just want to be the first to charge with an administrative fine then charge with a felony a double whammy.
What is needed to save the youth from ever lasting social traumas and stigmas associated by building marketing forced tax collecting administrative entities. Before we build this draconian monster repeal AZ Criminal statute 13-1405 save people like Kyle let his case be the example
Really in Graham county the prosecuted you with a felony. I was arrested in Gila county 1976 with 2 ounces and given probation $750.00. It was so lame. Probation officer gave me on sheet of paper a form that I had to copy and mail in my probation report monthly. I sent in 2 total.
The probation office called me up and asked why I had not mailed in any more forms plus I had not paid on the fine. I responded; If I pay off the fine I would like 2 for one time on probation. This time I went to the probation office. With cash in hand I saw my officer turned in my report and wala off probation.
This is the point if felonies are differently applied from one county to the next this is a problem a BIG problem. Then layered with multiple felonies of paraphernalia and what not.
MPP's proposal continues and in many cases amplifies the felonies this is the same lies and smoke that got us here in the first place.
I've had a felony since 2007 for 5 grams of cannabis and was sentenced to a year in prison out of Graham county Az. And it effects my life to this day. So obviously now I can't even vote for what I know would be the right thing for Arizona for so many different reasons.

This is another reason NOT to vote for CRMLA.
The dispensary want to build themselves a prosecutorial enforcement market that only a few participate. Limit growing license. distribution allow for any governing agency enact their own ordinances on top of the existing 13-3401 which than are not allowed to do now.
So now those agricultural inspection stations that were once manned on the stateline. They can reopen ask do you have any fruits and vegetables or marijuana of any kind. Not only that they can charge the BS, DEPT.of Marijuana License and Controls. for the cost of enforcement. There will be so many state agencies start billing this the AG dept. the other police depts for services done.There goes the tickle for education.
This new agency will price fix, will prosecute, will write rules, will bank, will license, will set standards that are just germain to the market of AZ.
Not a damn thing is written into their initiative for the medical aspects of this agency just a wait and see. The powers that be in the ADA say it is to early to write that we need more informative to make a responsible mission statement. So the AZ voter needs more information on this mission statement.
The rich just get richer. Good work if you can get it. Read up on these rich bad asses that paid off whomever was necessary and stepped all over the competition with even more cash to get that dispensary permit so they could rake in tax free cash. So much for taxes toward "education".
