Re: “Miller Continues To Stand by Aide Who May Have Created Bogus News Site To Support Her Campaign

I don't see what the big deal is, kid should have admitted it, now he's gonna get in lots of trouble, especially after naming Dalton "but it's not the same one" lol!

Re: “Keep the Kids Full With These Free Summer Meal Programs

Have they announced where the kids can get meals on the weekends? Why can't they just deliver it to the homes and let them have some extra in case friends come over?

I should add that Marla, Kim and Ally Miller are all great forces for Freedom, Liberty and most obvious of all personal responsibility.

Re: “Miller Continues To Stand by Aide Who May Have Created Bogus News Site To Support Her Campaign

SonoranWinds I think it's pretty obvious that Marla is Kim's online alter ego, existing in an online video game who is also an imaginary reporter for a fake news site (it's fake in the video game, but real in real-life, or at least it exists in cyberspace). Now Kim, again this is plain as day, is a political operative but only an imaginary one, on Facebook, who adopted Marla's video game persona and occupation as a news reporter but only for the purpose of deviously trying to sabotage Ally Miller's career, which she needn't have bothered with anyway.

Re: “Miller Continues To Stand by Aide Who May Have Created Bogus News Site To Support Her Campaign

As a Republican I am disgusted a Republican elected official would go so far as to name and then harass an innocent man, a man who has a bright future ahead of him. Everyone needs to call for her resignation. This is pathetic & not who we need representing us in BLUE Pima County.

Re: “Come Mid-June, Pima County Will Fine You for Texting and Driving

Wait for the next legislative session in a place called Maricopa. If they find out, they will pass legislation to ban cities and counties from doing those damn safety laws!!!!

Ally Miller's days on the board are numbered. She really got herself in a pickle she can't spin her way out of this time.

Re: “Ducey 'Next Step' Watch: Day 1

Ducey's next step? That's easy -- more tax cuts for his fat-cat cronies in Phoenix now that he's "solved" the education budget. I'd bet $5 on it.

Why the F were police called for a vagina? Is it easy enough to draw a little hat on it and walk away?

Re: “Pima County Supe Ally Miller's Aide Claims He Was Victim of Online Impersonation and Did Not Try to Masquerade as a Reporter, But The Story Seems Less Than Credible

Oily Johnson #6245, your false concern for the memory of Nicole Brown-Simpson would be more convincing if you actually got her name correct.

Re: “Come Mid-June, Pima County Will Fine You for Texting and Driving

"A person may not, while driving a motor vehicle on a highway, manually manipulate a handheld electronic device for any purpose other than to initiate, receive, or engage in voice communication."

So manually punching in a phone number or going through your contacts to make a voice call is okay, but not tapping graphical icons in a navigation program? Of course, the deputy can't tell what you're doing until after you've been pulled over, but now he or she has a pretext for looking for other stuff.

Re: “Come Mid-June, Pima County Will Fine You for Texting and Driving

SonaranWinds: Why should we think Pima County will be better than Tucson? Because PC banned using electronic devices while operating a motor vehicle.

The medias reporting is mostly inaccurate on the new ordinance. It is NOT a texting while driving ban but an ordinance banning using any electronic device while driving, such as, GPS, MP3, camera, etc.

You may receive calls and talk on the phone while driving but you may not dial.

These ordinances are mostly 'feel-good' to placate the supervisors electorate because there is a lot of difficulty on the enforcement side.

Re: “Let’s Be Real: Dominick’s Real Italian

This is quite a caustic and bitter review. Studded with the frustration "I think" of someone who neither can cook, create nor start a small business from scratch. This is not a New York Times review so I say get over yourself you can write a net negative review without being an ass to your neighbor and community. Someone mentioned Reilly's yes great stuff but there is plenty of room for many restaurants in many niches, locations and categories in metro Tucson and we are all the richer for it. I have eaten the pizza here several times and being from Philly I really know my pizza its good the staff really tries and Dominick's is a popular crowded neighborhood spot. So with all due respect Heather Hoch get over yourself.
