That "easy-to-use interface" won't be necessary, as there are only five Tucson restaurants participating in Restaurant Week, Blanco, Firebirds, North, Melting Pot and Wildfire.
hey thanks Sonoran!
".... is having it's own ...."
oops, there's that pesky apostrophe being misused.
El Herradero is horrible!! Rude employees, first of all. If you speak only English (this IS the US), plan on being treated poorly. If you don't look latino, also expect to be treated poorly. MAYBE I could deal with that, but I cannot deal with flies in the meat and cheese display cases. There are also flies in that little bakery case, too. I'd say, just don't bother. I live near the new Eastside carneceria. Haven't tried it yet, but I plan to soon. Hope it is much better than the previously mentioned market.
Here's more restaurant altruism - Dine Out for Greyhound Adoption - August 19 at Feast Restaurant. Feast will give back 20% when you present a flyer. Southern Arizona Greyhound Adoption (SA Greys) has paid $65,000 to fix broken legs and extraordinary injuries from dogs leaving the track - please support their efforts - http://blog.sagreyhoundadoption.org/2014/0…
That is awesome! Love the enchiladas. Green chile rocks!
Hey maybe that could be a drink name.
I was at Poco & Mom's yesterday, and there was a sign that read they would open in September.
Oops, just saw it opens at 4.
So has anyone been to the Bianco place yet? Sure hope it's worth the wait. Welcome to Tucson!
Wow, thanks Tucson Weekly!
I definitely share your sentiment. I and a friend waited until the day after the Grand Re-Opening of the Rincon Market to make our first visit in over a year. The food is just as good as it was before the fire. It's great to have the Rincon Market back.
Pollo Feliz makes me crap myself
Pollo Feliz finally opened at Speeday and columbus at the same building Taco Juans and Whataburger was at. They had signs up for almost a year but just opened this past week.
Nice assist Mr. Alboy!
Don't Forget the Tucson Originals Pizza throwdown is this Sunday the Eighth from five to eight at Rocco's little Chicago on Broadway....Only twenty dollars a ticket on the Tucson Originals website. tucsonoriginals.com
Coz as a former New Englander, we usually don't eat seafood unless we can see the ocean, donchaknow, deah. Ayuh.
It's way Northwest to those of us who live east of Harrison and South of Golf Links!
SW according to the website it is steamed.
Just as long as Bluefin STEAMS and doesn't BOIL their lobsters, as they've done in the past.
Steaming = tender meat; boiling = tough.
No problem CJ... glad you gave us a shout out for our little pop-up event... we appreciate your support of local restaurants...
