Gee, that's just what I thought the first time I went to the farmer's market (Jesse Owens in my case).
Exactly right with the gluten thing, wheat, cereals and farinacious(sp) crops have been the staff of life forever. Of course if you have celiac disease you need to eat that way, otherwise it's just another fad. It will go away like cupcakes and eventually the $15-$20 a meal food trucks too. Just a fad.
