Tucson Weekly should be displayed next to paperless blue water sit ins. "In case of emergency break glass."
I like your point about about Scooter's being honest. In my experience a good, honest mechanic, can do just what they did for you, keep a car running well for a fair price. Generally local shops will form more of a relationship with you and your car and try and help you figure out what will be best for you.
There's a new dog in town, Zona DawgZ if you really want to try a real sonoran hot dog. then i suggest you visit this hot dog cart, you'll experience the difference,"The Best" and great service.
what is your locations you drive
Best breakfasts are at the Eclectic Café. Blue Willow is slow service and mediocre. Never gotten a great meal there.
That's just proof of how awful this school is. Even compared to High School the Brainwashing is bad, and Intelligence is seen as disgraceful. Say the wrong things and the punishments are swift and severe. In short, like virtually all Universities, it is a Blackmail doubling as a Brainwashing facility. Don't attend.
Being intelligent is very dangerous in Tucson. Those who stand to high will bump their heads.
Why don't we just eat dogs that don't have homes?
This place has ok food but the baristas working the front are nasty examples of the grungy, self-centered, hygene-challenged youth that infest downtown and 4th Avenue. If snottiness and slow service don't bother you then eat here. I ordered six sandwiches and they acted like it was the biggest order they had ever seen. When other customers came in behind me they told them it would take 50 minutes to get them served. They must've turned away at least six customers this way. It took me over an hour to get my own food. I think they planted, raised, and harvested the wheat out back before they baked it just to make my sandwiches. The owner needs to fire them ASAP before they go broke.
do not get sonoran hotdogs from guerro canelo. their other food is great, but the dogs are terrible. they don't use the right type of classic hispanic buns that melt in your mouth and have the little sweetness. the fact that they are on this list shows me it is politically influenced and someone is on the take. if you go there try any of their other items.
i agree that BK makes amazing sonoran dogs. personally i would try any of the independent street vendors with their own food carts/trucks. i have not had a bad experience at any of them yet
This isn't a review, it's a fukn ad pretending to be a review!
Actually overnight camping is only restricted in what qualifies as the actual recreation area. I just spoke to a park ranger there recently because of a trip we're planning and she said as long as you reach the area where it qualifies as national forest (Like Hutch's Pool) it's ok to overnight there if you're backpacking.
Gersons Building Materials has moved to 4726 S. Country Club just north of Irvington. Even more stuff! New, used and traded materials of all kinds. GersonsBuildingMaterials.com 624-8585
'Grounded in the past'? True, if the past means the 40 yr old dust on overpriced by 3 times instruments, abysmal customer service and a generally rundown -going out of business sale- atmosphere. They are voted 'best of' because they are somehow surviving? They sure as hell aren't a real music store and haven't been for the 20 years I have lived here.
Want the real deal? Try Rainbow or Instrumental. Both modern customer oriented business'
Brooklyn is garbage. Eat empire.
Visited Mariscos Chihuahua on Grant last night, Wednesday, with out of town visitors. Food was very good, as usual, but the service was terrible: The entire staff, except for the cook, spent the hour gossiping at the bar. We had to go to the bar to get chips, drink refills and to see the bill, and then they charged us for an extra entree. This location needs new management and a new staff. Just don't fire teh cook!
Dr. Bernal and the other vets at Valley Animal helped save my Westie's life last year! Love them and continue to go there. They aren't necessarily the cheapest (who is?) but they have never tried to force a treatment that wasn't needed.
Why does the Loft seem to be hemorrhaging staff? How many new hires have they had in the last year or two and how many have stuck. Seems like some sort of mismanagement is going on.
TFCU is a shadow of its former self. The service and value you received WERE excellant, but not anymore.
