Yes Bob: The extensive blog post wasn't enough for you?
Cunningham's Chief of Staff is notably absent here.
Anna, I have to take issue with your statement - "A breath test showed he had a blood-alcohol content of .232 percent, nearly three times the legal limit.". This implies that there IS a legal limit. There isn't! In Arizona, There IS no legal limit!!!! This is a ZERO tolerance state. ANY amount of alcohol CAN get you arrested. The "slightest degree" category of DUI is anything up to .079, and your arrest is at the officer's discretion. From .08 to .149 is regular DUI, and .150 on up is DUI extreme.
These are the best you could do? Plenty more crime going on around here than these two stories. Maybe you guys aren't into investigative reporting
So give the pooping man the pain medication he asked for the first time.
No First Amendment right issue whatsoever in this case. The government did nothing to interfere with this person expressing his views.
And so goes the First Amendment. As a U of A grad, I saw first hand that any position other than the left and far left was not allowed on campus.
Uhhh, I believe you're correct. I meant 0.04%. Since I'm still alive to write that, I surmise that you knew that already. Thanks for the correction. I hate typos.
Uhhh, I believe a BAC of 0.4% is legally dead!
Since when, has Arizona had an 0.08 alcohol limit? This is a "zero tolerance" state, and has been for some time. I know this from personal experience, having spent the night in Pima County jail for having a blood alcohol content of 0.40. Is the U of A campus somehow exempt from this law?
Note to self: Sex with a crack ho is a bad idea.
I dont even want to know the goings in in that goat corral...
sounds like the first guy got "Damone'd"
(see fast times at ridgemont high)
As for the second guy that "police's aide" sounds like a weenie. If that frightened her she better not ever become a real cop.
What in hell is she supposed to tell this counselor?????????????????????
I want to know about the relationship he had with the cat.
I want to know the relationship he had with this woman.................
"a tall, skinny man wearing sweatpants and a hairnet"
Talk about racial profiling! That could have been ANYBODY!
Well, almost anybody.
Re: “Police Dispatch”
Nope. Has to be in the print edition of Police Dispatch. It has that toothless-redneck, rock-bottom hitting, substance-abused cache of shame.
