Catwoman. It's been a while. Thought you got adopted by some snowbirds and left the state. Good to have you back as you're soooo easy.

Re: “Danehy

As for the woman who escaped after serving 4 days of her sentence. the only thing that I could think of that would make sense of her behavior would be if, for some reason, she feared for her life. I suppose it is also possible she was concerned that someone might leave the jurisdiction with a child of hers. Other than one of those sets of circumstances, the only explanation would be a combination of crazy and stupid.

Re: “Danehy

This is a fun column to read, particularly Mr. Danehy's comments about the Arizona Legislature and Governor.

Although, I love reading an array of online newspapers every morning, two of which I subscribe to. I read my Kindle Fire every night, because it's back lit and I don't have to turn on a bedside lamp to see a printed page.

Maybe I don't comprehend as much from online and Kindle readings, but I think I do. I certainly cover a large geographic area reading online newspapers, and I don't have to travel every morning to pick up hard copies of the Boston Globe, The Oregonian and the Register Guard in Oregon with stop offs for the Tucson Weekly on Thursdays and the Arizona Daily Star.

The electronic news media on today's Internet is wonderful. Griping about "real journalism" being on life support reminds me of a book titled "Who Moved My Cheese". You may remember that book is about keeping up with changes that leave some people way behind, waiting for their "cheese" to show up in places where they've become mired in.

So, I am not going to limit my reading to only hard copies. In the maze of life, I've found the cheese of reading electronic stories and news is a GREAT modern development that enriches my life.

Thank God I couldn't half comprehend this. It's incomprehensible.

Henry J makes an attempt at comedy as now democrats, hispanics and blacks are moving towards Trump. Correctly stated "Trump is showing America what a pathetic group of politicians we have."

Re: “Danehy

As a born and bred New Yorker, who lived not too far from "The Donald but is10 years his senior, I told my kids that he was entering the Republican Race not to run for President but to demonstrate to the American people what a pathetic group of minimal accomplishment candidates the Republican Party assembled on the Clown Bus. I think that he accomplished his task beyond his wildest dreams. Having flushed fourteen or so down the sewer. Some one once said "Thirty percent of any population of people consists of Fascists". That is pretty consistent with what Trump is drawing in the Republican Primary alone. Since I can't imagine a 70 year old billionaire putting up with 4 years of contending with what passes for a Congress and the abuse that President Obama put up with for eight years, he'll drop out and endorse Hillary as the only competent person in the final race. He has performed a great public service for America. Oh. Look for a repeat of Nixon 2 when Mitt gets the nod again. "If at first you don't succeed try, try again".

Re: “Danehy

Dolts. Bum. Knucklehead. Vulgar, racist, blowhard. All this coming from Tammy Denehy. Loser, loser, loser. After all, she runs billion dollar corporations. She was also elected to the Senate. Guys like Trump and Cruz could never coach girl's basketball or write a moronic column for a paper that you don't even have to pay for. Figures she'd vote for Shrill Hill. Her and all her accomplishments.

Re: “Danehy

After Benghazi, the best reason to NOT vote for Hillary is that Denehy supports her, as he always pick the worst candidate.

Re: “Danehy

I was surprised to find myself agreeing with Tom until the last sentence of the column: "So yes, I'll vote for Bernie next week and for Hillary in November. She's not great, but at least she's not a vulgar, racist blowhard ... or, even worse, Ted Cruz."

Hillary is the anti-Bernie. She is a war-mongering pathological liar, a Wall Street tool and failed Secretary of State. The DNC has stacked the deck in her favor with its Superdelegate apparatchiks clogging the arteries of a fair nominating process with 465 clots of greasy fat. Where is the Democracy in the Democratic party when viable contenders are forced to run the race in hobbles?

I'm an independent, voting in the primary is not an option. With Hillary's coronation, I will be writing in the best choice among the D's: Elizabeth Warren. Warren is the Anti-Clinton (take your pick), while Hillary is the one Democrat most likely to lose to whichever member of the insane clown posse is squeezed out of the tube.

Re: “Danehy

Sharing is caring but socialism is stealing. I was at Jackie Egans funeral Monday and there was a wish that politics could have become more civil. Why not stop the childish name calling? You are not 13 any more.

You may have missed the fact that Bill Clinton signed welfare reform. Socialism is welfare on steroids. Hating success drags us all down.

Go ahead and vote for Bernie because Hillary is Wall St and fraud. Then boycott general election in November to show support for socialism.

I love it. Now Tammy's a food critic, too. That's something else he can suck at. " A touch of class" That's rich. His idea of a classy restaurant is one that doesn't use plastic forks and spoons !!
