So does anybody still watch Arizona Illustrated?
I am sure all the top brass at tw make minimum wage right and live in huts.
To all of the critics of "Professional" Wrestling..........don't you get it?
The WWE is nothing but a Soap Opera aimed at men. You have your good guys, your villains, (often the two are interchangeable), and you have several "story lines" going on.
Just like All MY Children except Erica is played by The Undertaker.
And by the way Dan & John, the Cicala story was a worthy "item" for a column, but not worthy of being stretched/padded to fill an ENTIRE column.
That was just "mailing it in."
November 2013 local TV sweeps came an went without mention in this column.
February 2014 Local Sweeps seems to be going by without mention as well.
Paul Cicala's fall was worthy of discussion but, an entire "column"? Can't agree
Seems like a "low hanging fruit" effort.
You're wrong and Dan is correct. From OxfordDictionaries.com
"Were you taught that a preposition should never be placed at the end of a sentence? There are times when it would be rather awkward to organize a sentence in a way that would avoid doing this. There’s no necessity to ban prepositions from the end of sentences. Ending a sentence with a preposition is a perfectly natural part of the structure of modern English."

Want more sources? Just Google it. Dan is correct 435,000 times over :-) BOOM!
You say you are offended by anyone using multiple question marks at the end of a sentence. Since you say you are an editor, you should know and use proper grammar. Never end a sentence with a preposition, as you do above, "...no one else in this town bothers to."
Geeze. What a bunch of petty dicks on here.
Mike: I'm generally offended by anyone using multiple question marks at the end of a sentence. I'm sure you understand.
Just because he's the only one doing it in a town with one horrible newspaper, doesn't mean he's doing a good job. No need to get so defensive.
Its called MEDIA WATCH. I thought is was worth reading.
Mike: I'm editing this column. It's a funny story. Schuster puts together 52 columns a year covering a subject no one else in this town bothers to. Get over yourself.
Couldn't agree with Lee and Mike more. Sheesh. Who cares about a goofy TV sport reporter taking a tumble. It's always all about them.
Your entire "Media Watch" is one item that is old news? Nothing about something that came out more recently (March 25) than Cicala's fall, the February local news ratings??? Who's editing/checking this column???
You're watching the media and this is all you could report on?
She's been very cordial on the few occasions I've communicated with her on line.
Personally, I think she's one of the best voice-over people in Tucson.
How about the results the local February TV Sweeps? Or November, for that matter.
Y'all are assuming she gets paid hourly, which probably is not the case.
Would that be a great deal? 4000 hours times $7.50 an hour...still not a realistic wage..but all too typical around Tucson.
