Re: “The Militant Baker Takes 'Today' By Storm

I had an experience at Forever 21 at the Tucson Mall just yesterday. I needed a hot pink hoodie for a costume (à la Princess Bubblegum casual if you're wondering: http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lkww7gqLOU1…) and found the perfect hoodie at Forever 21. But they did not have an extra large. In fact, they make no extra larges whatsoever. Now keep in mind, a large at Forever 21 is more like a Small or Medium in real sizing. So the large, of course, fit me a bit snuggly. I was directed to their "Faith 21" section which has all of Forever 21's many clothing departments (Activewear, Denim, etc) but in plus-sized, crammed into a tiny corner of the store. Not surprisingly, no "Faith 21" comparable pink hoodie. Why no extra large guys? Would it kill you? You KNOW you're using cheap ass sweatshop labor, which is an infraction in itself...so would it be THAT MUCH more expensive for your multi-million dollar company to offer one more size in all your stuff for us size 12 gals?

Fun fact: They called her up yesterday. I'm amazed she was that coherent an hour off the red-eye flight.

Re: “Soggy, Sweet and Slow

Its been years since I had them, but El Minuto on main had some pretty good sopapillas that I can recall.

My kids liked the ones at la parrilla suiza, but I can not vouch, as I do not enjoy anything there.

And Asianhomecook is right, poco and moms is awesome, so if they have them, its a safe bet, but I have never tried them personally.

The last thing we need is for these scourges of society procreating. I get angry whenever I see these white trash sporting a "hatchetman" in public.

Re: “El Rio: Steve K Says Grand Canyon U Move to El Rio Not Likely

It seems Koz is the only Council member with any brains. GCU is a really bad fit for Tucson, and I can't believe Romero or Rothschild thought this was a good idea.

If this is all a set-up, Gordon's gonna have to go to Israel.

Re: “John McCain, Friend to Consumers, Wonders Why He Has to Keep Updating His Apps Manually

@lair bear: Apple paid $6 billion in US corporate tax in 2012, ranking it #1 of all companies based in the US.

You want a scapegoat?

Try General Electric, which paid zero corporate tax.

These two narcissistic, lying, delusional jerks shouldn't be running a hot dog stand much less a restaurant...

Apple seems to have done precisely what Romney did with his taxes... Take advantage of every loophole he could to maximize his income at the expense of those who lacked the loopholes... Just another thing our grandchildren will have to pay for... So much for family values!
