Anyway, I have over 20 flyers in my mailbox, all against Baboo, So, I have to ask, why is so much money going into this race? On election day I count all the flyers for all the candidates. I vote FOR the candidate with the most negative flyers.
Ba boo is my guy. Anyone who attempts to have his lover deported to Mexico during a lover's spat is just the kind of wacko we need. Keep AZ wacky say I.
Of course this IS Tucson,
the Hispanic neighbors on the other side of the fence have been flying a TRUMP flag.
Ah I thought it was going to be about truth, not a just pro-illegal-immigration piece.
The semi-annual Tucson Brush and Bulky event a couple of weeks ago used to clear out the hotel.
When the workers stopped and read that bottom of the top bunk bed, there was some debate about whether they should keep it.
As for the carpet shoes, black water bottles, and backpacks, etc. going to put them on a table outside the Hotel Arizona with a sign "For Sale - Coyote Starter Kit" as soon as I find a proper translation and appropriate font. - lol
Good luck with the opening everyone from Team Devin.
She was always flawless. Everything about her. Always. How awful such a storm was tearing her apart from the inside. My heart goes out to all her many friends and loved ones.
I wish to say so many things, but I don't know what to say. Well, I do, yet it is too much - this comment box will not allow for all of it. You are amazing Wendy! We (society) failed you, and I am still trying to determine the big picture lesson with all of this, yet in the 'minutia' - I miss and adore you.
Yeah, it was a typo. "Sold" is correct.
A typo? Perhaps "sold"?
"This is not a normal Sunday for this group friends, since the property's been old—today is their last sweat on Sunday, Sept. 4."
So how old is the property?
The date of this piece is September 22. Are these guys time travelers?
There's really nothing on 4th worth visiting twice. No stellar eateries, that's for sure. Look. Tucson, as a whole, is sort of a dump.
One of the oldest establishments on 4th Ave is Delectables Restaurant. How come there was no mention of it in this article?
What is the attraction 4th Ave. has long been know for the counterculture late night college bar crowd. Eclectic food and secondhand new age clothing and natural food co-op. Bad parking scary at night, and being so close to all of the undergrad student charades riots. Yea it not on my place to go my wife loves Caruso's only during street fair though. I drove a cab for a short while during the mids 80's you would not believe what went on after hours @ IBT's. Sorry I dont see the attraction

Fourth Avenue has t oget away from calling itself part of Downtown. It's not!It's4th Avenue, a place with a unique vibe and purpose. Say it loud, Say it proud We are Fouth Avenue!
It would be interesting to see if these vacant merchant spots are more of a reality or perception situation. Are there any historic records to look at to actually research vacancy rates over time rather than rely on the perceptions of a few business owners? FAMA must have some data to actually go through and report on.
AND you can't just look at vacancy rates, you also have to look at price per sq ft and what people are trying to get for these spaces. It is not a one sided story. If landlords are trying to capitalize off of all the development by increasing their rents, it is only natural that some businesses will not be able to compete and will have to either move or go out of business.
This seems a little misleading when, as someone who has walked up and down this street calling every single open spot and gettting only one call back, after reaching out repeatedly. There would not be so many open spaces if people would call back interested business owners.
In a few more years, Frogge may be ready to serve effectively in the Legislature. She has much energy and spirit, but in debate with Engle, Engle emerges as the more prepared if not more connected candidate. I believe Engle is ready now to move forward alongside Mach.
Asked at the LD 10 House Clean Elections forum to describe a non-political professional accomplishment, Frogge explained her inability to do so because all her professional career has been in the political realm. Her most recent professional connection has been with the Center for Neighborhood Leadership, which appears to have no visible presence -- no office, phone number, web connection -- in Southern Arizona. Engel appears much better prepared to serve the people of the district, given her years of real world experience and accomplishments. And returning Stefanie Mach to the legislature is a must.
Mach and Engel!
