Forgive me if I'm wrong but they don't intend to sell it to tourists.
Mr. Smith you continue to be the prohibitionists' best friend with your usage of their slang for cannabis -- pot and weed (and even marijuana). You are neck and neck with the major asswipe on this subject Howie Fischer of Arizona Capitol Times and stop being a flak for the dispensary industry. Call it cannabis or Mary Jane or the trees or the herb but "Pot" is the favorite word of the media when they are too goddamn lazy to use more than a 3 letter word. You have been the MMJ critic for an entire year and yet oddly you fail to cover the basic story in Tucson which is the police in direct contradiction of the intent of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act and their reign of terror in using undercover cops and informants at the AZDHS to arrest, harass and generally try and crib death the MMJ program. Get your stoner arse out of your "pot haze" and start doing some real journalistic writing or else let someone else have your job.
I live in california. And this is very comfortable state when it comes to the weather. But not so comfortable when it comes to laws, traffic and taxation. I think legalization would be a very good investment for this state. The pros obviously would out way the cons in so many different aspects. History has proven that to us and other countries. but theres still money hungry media, religious beliefs pharmaceutical companies, federal government agencies and state government agencies that still claim it's demoralizing, sinful and harmful. Or are they just afraid of change?. Hemp, cannabis and medical cannabis is a plant given to mankind by mother nature to use as a tool for life. No matter how hard us humans try to contradict that. Will always find a way to use cannabis. So lets legalize, regulate and tax everyone that sees this.
Seems like legalization would get both Republican and Democrat support. Republicans can cash in on the growth ( I'm sure the cigarette companies are raring to go) and the Democrats would enjoy the product. Then we could drop the medicinal fig leaf.
We all know legalize is Best
Thank you for your writings.
stop the lies,,,legalize !!!
Hey, I am gonna give my homestate (Arizona) the middle finger and will be moving to Colorado where voters voted to legalise cannabis for everyone over 21 years of age. It is a no-brainer, F%&* Off Arizona!, I am going to Colorado. Arizona, and Joe Arpaio, can eat shit!!
It's a good policy for anyone wanting to stay safe, secure and not worry about a SWAT raid to stay off of CraigsList. Are you a plant for the po-po Mr. Smith? Why are you trying to get our patients in trouble by having them go on Craigslist to make a purchase of cannabis? Please be responsible since you are well read in the community and I don't always agree with you and your love of the dispensaries over the patients having the power but it is what it is. Mr. Humble is not going to be the AZDHS Director for much longer (a little birdie told me this) so hopefully the next Director won't be ignorant, hostile to the patients and educated about the plant.
to get a reciept you must ask for one these are donations. Not sells remember collectives compensate you for donations just like your getting a reciept when you donate clothes to the goodwill.
Need to titrate the dose, my man. You're so high you wave the flag over Somali "pirates" and think weed's only good for getting stoned with.
I admit that occasionally I do walk around with my head in the sand. It's called being high on pot.
Sure Bob, keep your head firmly buried in the sand. Meanwhile, above ground in objective reality, here's what those able to read can discover, even in the mainstream media:
Please stop calling pot medicine. It is no more medicine than the alcohol one uses to temporarily "forget".
We all just want better pot, cheaper and more readily available so we don't get arrested. Leave it at that.
Rule Change Needed:People on food stamps NOT pay $75 for a MM Card, but get it for FREE!!!
All my Medicare/AHCCCS doctors sign for my Pot,and not $200 doctors.
I would love to try a certain kind of cannabis (Charlotte's Web) that has almost no THC and has been bred to be high in another (You may have seen it on CNN) that has had good results with neurogical problems. Sounds like it would save me a fortune on anti-convulsants if it works on me. The problem? The cost and the mystery of trying to get a MM card.
Guess people like me have to support the drug companies rather than use a plant. *sigh*
STOP THE LIES,,,,,LEGALIZE,,,,SIGN A SAFER ARIZONA PETITION FOR LEGALIZEATION IN 2014,,,,,MARIJUANA IS SAFER THAN ALCOHOL !!!!!!!!!
Oh for Christ sake, Humble et al up at the AZDHS do not give a flying fuck about the patients but only pleasing their masters -- the dispensaries being run by the #1 worst run dispensary in the state -- Arizona Organix. I'm not sure where you are shopping Mr. Smith but several dispensaries in town are selling kief, hash oil for your eCig vape and tinctures, salves, drinks and all other manner of preparation that are all narcotic if you follow the criminal state law which of course MMJ patients are exempt from. No more patients are being arrested since the Paula Huff debacle and of course you have no interest in covering the real story about what is going on in our fair city where our overweight and overpaid Police Chief is being played like a cheap fiddle by the Pima County Narcotics Alliance.
Great location...for Downtown Tucson. Guess that's where all the cancer patients live and the people with chronic pain who are working with their doctors. Yea sure.
$420 an ounce? That is not what I thought I was voting for.
