Re: “Magical Mystery Dinner Theater

What I liked about the dining and theatrical experience most was the humor. It's a great location and the food was good. No suggestions for improvements as it was all excellent! (Super Sleuth Award prize winner:)

Re: “Magical Mystery Dinner Theater

This was a HILARIOUS show! Glad I saw it! I read some reviews beforehand and I was especially worried about the price. Turns out whoever wrote it was mistaken. For the price of the ticket, it was a great deal. The food was good and the show was "its-so-funny-I'm-crying" funny. There was also a lot of audience participation, which was very organic and fun to do. I'll admit that the show was a bit goofy, but that was the charm of it. The actors were perfect and seemed to enjoy performing it. If you want a serious production, this might not be for you. However, if you want to laugh at gags and have a fun time, this is the show for you!

Re: “Studio Connections Theater at St. Francis in the Foothills

LOVE this group! I've seen three of their plays, and returned to see all of them twice. The actors are enthusiastic and extraordinarily talented, especially with musicals. The theatre itself is very small, which makes everything so much more intimate. It's great to be able to see every emotion on the actors' faces no matter where you sit. Their set is my favorite part; most of their productions use a variation on an all-black set with minimal set design, allowing them to produce plays with broad settings and many scene changes. Surprisingly, it works extremely well! Definitely recommended!

My husband and I look forward to the enthusiastic, entertaining shows put on by the group at studio connections. The actors have a great time on stage and that, in turn, makes the audience have a great time! We've seen four shows there so far and cannot wait to see more! Each time we wind up taking along more and more friends, it's just so entertaining and fa un way to spend an evening!

Re: “Beowulf Alley Theatre Company

I watched their performance of "Rabbit Hole" last night. It is probably the best play I have ever seen, and their production of it was fabulous. The acting was superb with the intensity the story needed. It is a very moving play and it will get you thinking and talking. Go see it.

The facility itself is great. It is small and one has a good view of the stage from everywhere. I was way off to the side in the next to last row, and never felt like I was missing anything.
