This palce sucks! Terrible instruction, over-priced, dirty studio, no hot water, no consistant schedule, unqualified instructors...poorly run.
Don't go here.
Only decent grocery store in Tucson. Terrific produce selection and quality, best butcher case and the ONLY place left in town to buy seafood. With the typical Tucsonan's taste for chain restaurants, it's hard to believe they stay in business.
Wow! I don't know what the first reviewer is talking about. Sounds like a punk to me. I have only recently started doing business with Magic Tower with the release of Innistrad. The owner (I think his name is Matt) has always been very helpful and informative. I have learned a lot about MTG from him. I have found him to be generous in his dealings and he offers excellent prices. He is always inviting me to come to the store and play, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I am on my way over there today to see if I can still get in on the pre-order for Dark Ascension. I have recommended Magic Tower to my friends and will continue to do so.
I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about. The owner is outgoing, welcoming and his store is very clean and professional.
I am 100% sure his review is only one side of a story where he was being an asshole to the owner. The customer does not have the right to be an asshole to a store clerk or store owner.
The worst ever! Unprofessional, sloppy stylists working in a dirty salon with an owner that will fabricate/lie about the work of her stylists if a complaint is made. Not even remotely customer service oriented. Jerica did a horrible job coloring my hair and even though she used foils for color, left a 1/8 or my original hair color showing. I wrote a review for their Oracle location immediately after my tie dye hair job and it has since mysteriously disappeared along with the listing for that location. I don't generally complain and am busy person. When I did complain to the owner about my experience there, she lied about her stylists actions and her observations. A stylist can have years of experience and still do a crappy job, especially if they spend the majority of the appointment time talking to the stylist next to them who happened to be the owner. No wonder they do bad work if the owner has such low standards about doing their own client and feels free to discuss other co-workers in front of clients. I felt so horrible and shocked about my experience that I said whatever I had to say to get out there as quickly as possible. I did get the hair color that I as looking for on the first try, from another salon.

A perfect location to highlight this beautiful and informative book. Everyone who loves Arizona will treasure this book, as a gift to keep or give!
I am a little shocked by some of the comments above. I've been going to the gym for almost a year and, as far as being dropped because of lack of adherence to a diet, I've never of heard of anything like that myself in this gym. Jenn has only been patient and supportive as far as diet with me and thrilled with my athletic progress. The owners are not a marketing team, they are trainers. They've always been professional, kind and tough, all at appropriate times. The truth is, if this Crossfit isn't a fit for you, then it's not. The environment I've experienced is awesome. This gym is very welcoming but does not coddle.
The owner of this quaint little shop is perhaps one of the worst human beings I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He treats his clientele with the utmost contempt and throws tantrums when you don't buy something the moment you walk into his joke of a store. Apparently he's under the delusion that attempting to bully people into buying his products and then calling them names and telling them to "get the fuck out" when they don't is a legitimate business model in this economic atmosphere. Unless you enjoy being yelled at by an ignorant, belligerent, inbred hick while you game, I strongly suggest you pass on this establishment.
This truly is wonderful to see Rainbow Jewelers has been voted to be the Best Jewelry in Tucson because they REALLY ARE. That have been in Tucson so long and they are so honest. I;m glad to see Tucson consumers have voted right. The jewelry they have in the store is so wonderful and unique and high quality. The service is great and you know you are getting fine jewelry, great price along with great customer service. My husband bought so many wonderful gifts from Rainbow over the years. Michael has fixed so many repairs on my jewelry too. His wife is so talented and helps you with your designs too. What a a great couple and a beautiful store. Congrats to you guys!
Best place in Tucson to workout! Amazing staff, very well trained. They make your fitness goals a priority and work hard to help you achieve them. Fun and personable atmosphere, fellow clients are too.
Great store with a variety of antique items and a huge selection of military items: medals, decorations current and from other countries. It's a must see!!
Stay away from this place! We just got billed $543 for a 10 minute visit with the doctor. You know what that $543 got us? A simple "you have a virus and just need to drink lots of water." I kid you not. I paid a doctor over $500 for him to say my wife needs to drink water to alleviate her sore and infected looking throat of over 2 months! My mother works in the hospital as a secretary and was speechless. You can go to the emergency room and get an x-ray cheaper than what these crooks charge! If you need urgent help, go to the hospital emergency room that is only a few blocks away, it will be less than half the price, and they actually have real doctors!

A wonderful place, Tucson is lucky to have it. Before you go to a big box wine store, stop here and you'll keep coming back. The owner is very full of wine knowledge and has never let us down with a recommendation. Go there!!!!

They don't always have what I'd call bargain basement prices but the selection as well as the overall feel one gets when visiting bookman's is nice.
Best thing about this Bookmans is the vast selection and funky staff. Plus you can go next door to get coffee, sandwiches, and/or a chocolate to die for cake. There is also wifi, so why not? Of course you're not going to get many new releases here, but you can always trade them in here. And since I'm an audiobook fan, let me put in a plug for those who have yet to try them. This is a good place to find some classics and full cast audiobooks for car and home. Once you're hooked, you'll be downloading them regularly. --J.L. TowerReview.com
