I agree- the prices aren't real high. The steaks are all right- but the sides are so basic and in desperate need of updating.
The atmosphere is good and for old movie fans, there's enough memorabilia on the walls to enjoy.
What I do like about El Corral- it's what I consider to be a Safe For Grandma restaurant. We have older out of town guests and the meat/potato/veg/roll routine reduces mealtime anxiety ("Is it SPICY? Because I forgot my Prilosec!").
