Having tasted everything on the menu including all of the sides, this is as good of quality bbq you will find in town. Ample portions, melt in your mouth brisket, great turkey, and their salmon is terrific.

The best BBQ restaurant in our region. Sadly, it is constantly overlooked due to its location (although it's location is specific because of the adjoining museum - also underestimated). The moment you are in the parking lot, you are teased with an aroma that hints at the awaiting flavor. You will only regret not being able to finish your plate.

Food was excellent. Service was wonderful and I look forward to eating there again. The multiple choices of sauces is enough to please any palate. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, and look forward to eating there again!

I love love love the ribs! So juicy and tender! The regular sauce is so succulent and drinkable! (They also have sweet and spicy sauces) I am always treated well at Dickey's and love to get some ice cream after my ribs. I'm glad they are in town!

On a whim, today I went through the drive-thru and ordered the smoked pork, green beans, and potato. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the sides and BBQ sauce were tasty too. It's nice to find good barbeque in Tucson!

NOW I HAVE READ SEVERAL REVIEWS ON THIS NEW BAR B Q JOINT THEY CALL DICKEYS. WELL I FEEL IT TIME THAT I PUT MY 2 CENTS IN ON THIS PLACE. I HAVE EATEN AT DICKEYS SEVERAL TIMES NOW WITH MY FAMILY. WE JUST LOVE IT. MY KIDS FIND THE CHICKEN NUGGET WITH A SIDE OF MAC AND CHEESE TO BE THE BOMB AS THEY PUT IT. NOW I FIND THE RIB PLATE TO BE THE BEST. THEY ARE SO TENDER AND FULL OF SWEET FLAVOR. THE MEAT JUST FALLS OF THE BONE. NOW YOU ADD SOME OF THEIR CREAMY COLE SLAW, CRISPY WAFFEL FRIES AND A HOT ROLL. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THAT. NOW MY HUSBAND SAYS THE BEEF BRISKET IS THE BEST. FULL OF FLAVOR , MOIST AND SO TENDER. HE PREFERS THE GIANT BAKED POTOTO AS HIS SIDE, THAT IS A MEAL IN ITSELF. I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH BIG POTATOES IN MY LIFE. THEN WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE YOU GET FREE ICE CREAM TO TOP IT OFF. A PERFECT ENDING TO A PERFECT MEAL. NOW YOU MAY THINK THAT $10.99 IS PRICEY FOR A RIB PLATE. BUT IF YOU TASTE THE FOOD I'LL BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR YOU'LL AGREE WITH ME. IT WELL WORTH THAT EXTRA DOLLAR. I WOULDN'T CALL DICKEYS A FAST FOOD PLACE. I CALL IT A FAST PACE FOOD PLACE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL SMILING AND SO FRIENDLY. YOU JUST FEEL AT HOME WHEN YOUR THERE. NOW DON'T TAKE MY WORD ON THIS. STOP IN AND TRY IT FOR YOURSELF. Good to see the Hog Pit getting some good reviews, this place has great BBQ. I've had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, the ribs, and also the chicken. The meats are always tender and juicy, the rub they put on the slabs is great, as are the 3 homemade sauces (mild, med, hot). Sides are excellent too - slaw, cornbread, very tasty beans. Owners are very friendly, good selection of beers, plus sweet tea. Nice place, the pit master knows his stuff, check it out!
