I have heard Roman Barten-Sherman play solo several times on the Congress patio. At a mere 12 years old his mastery of vintage acoustic blues is beyond phenomenal. You will probably be hearing much more about this young prodigy in Tucson (and beyond) so if you have any appreciation at all for early blues go see them on Saturday. You will be glad you did.
Wow, this is great. Dance is the only kind of exercise I like but most exercise classes are just jumping around to the music. Here you get exercise and learn real dancing.
You start with the basic steps (which are an exercise in themselves) and then see how they evolve into the different dances. Yolanda is great at not only breaking the steps down but also seeing exactly which part of your body isn't quite right. She has tips about partnering, so you can further refine your dancing once you know the basics.
Designed to give you the basis and confidence to go out on the town.

I attended this event for the first time today and I loved it! A good amount of booths, great homemade baked goods, and free admission. There was a great assortment of items and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to go to the next fair!
I love being a member of the No Excuse Moms group here in Tucson. They are some of the most supportive people that I have know in a long time. These woman have not only helped me feel better emotionally, physically but have helped me reach goals in life. I love going to the workouts in the park. Its great to get some fresh air and sunshine, while the kids have a playmate. We have all started at different points in life and we all have different goals for ourselves. But EVERY woman, mother, daughter, wife in this group is there to help push, support and back the choices you want. #NEMSTRONG #NEM

Tuesday nights are awesome! DJ Armand spins an amazing set every time and Jaquelyn is a delight at the bar!
I haven't been able to make it to the workouts yet because I work on Saturdays, but I absolutely love this group! Everyone is so nice and supportive and I love seeing people's meal plans, and their personal journeys. Everyone's journey is different and it's so nice to have a group of people who understand that and are willing to support each other regardless of where they are personally.
HI! Do you only do classroom classes? Don't you have an online course? I've been checking the internet for online stuff I can use to study the Spanish language. From forums and groups like Lang-8, schools like italki.com and Preply.com ( http://preply.com/en/spanish-by-skype ). I'd like to learn by Skype if it's possible with you. Please let me know (email@example.com). Thank you!
I don't think there are enough words to describe how Horribly Awful this dinner/play was! They started 1/2 hour late and still didn't seem prepared, the "acting" was as pitiful as if they just received the script, and the food was downright inedible. It was a complete waste of time and $42.50. We were stunned when given envelopes that told us how much they expected for tips. Here's my tip for them......Please Stop torturing people!!!!!!! We left before dessert and the end of the play because it was just too painful to be there. What an insult to the Gaslight Theater to be compared to them. Save your money and time, and go somewhere else.
The acting was awful and the food was worse. It doesn't deserve 1 star. Don't go to a Chinese restaurant to eat Italian food.
I am amazed they can stay in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Laughter, exercise, support, and comradery; this is how I describe No Excuse Moms Tucson. These ladies are supportive and uplifting to ALL women. They are genuinely friendly and welcoming to everyone who takes part in the group. This group is proof that EVERY mom has the ability to do at least something every day to positively impact her own health and set an example for her family.
These ladies are amazing! I cannot believe the amount of support and inspiration they give me on a daily basis. I wish I could give more than 5 stars :)
I have participated in workouts with this group, it's always a fun workout! Modifications are offered for all exercises so you can push yourself or go easy, making it appropriate for all fitness levels and moods! I found it is a very child friendly atmosphere, everyone looking out for all the children, and really enjoy the sense of community these women provide while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
