It may seem surprising that a chain restaurant would take offer the best burrito in Tucson, but let it be a testament to consistency when Nico's beats out the local competition this close to the border. We'll be honest, you can't go wrong with a burrito in Tucson given its role as the primary staple of Mexican food, but it's not like white people can tell the difference between a good burrito and a bad burrito anyway (and no, Taco Bell doesn't count).
