Like Lucy's experiment in bread-making with Ethel, this phenomenon could not be contained. From a modest enterprise on Campbell Avenue, there have risen two more locations where badass bread now bakes in the desert. There is such a dizzying array of loaves, we swoon. The BB folks say the secret's in the preferment. They can get all technical if they want as long as they keep those loaves coming.
