On one day each year, two of Tucson’s top chefs duke it out to earn the title of Iron Chef Tucson. Now in its third year, it’s safe to say the competition will continue to get stiffer and stiffer, attracting talented minds in the kitchen and challenging them with unique ingredients that must make their way into every course of a meal. The food that results is delicious, but this event is just as much about the show. Allez! Cuisine!
