30th Anniversary Tucson Poetry Festival 

When: April 6-7 2012
Readings and poetry slams by local and internationally known poets take place from 7 to 10:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, April 6 and 7 in Geronimo Plaza, 820 E. University Blvd.; workshops and a poetry panel are held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 7, at the UA Poetry Center, 1508 E. Helen St.; free.
