The shows may seem familiar, because they are often based on old bedtime fairy tales and stories, but Live Theatre Workshop's teachers and actors write fresh, new scripts that make the stories seem original again. The songs are fun, and the actors interact with the kids—and they love it. Some Sundays, it's all about One-Man Train, the theater's resident kiddy-rock band, which gets kids and parents dancing to original songs. Live Theatre Workshop has theater for everyone, but on Sunday afternoons, it's all about the kids.
