The key to a good buffet is variety. Anyone who sets out to enjoy one of these all-you-can-eat grubfests is looking for as many choices as possible. And, preferably, those choices should fluctuate so that the regulars—you know who you are—can keep their taste buds on their figurative toes. At Golden Corral, the choices are seemingly endless, and at times, the new things that get thrown out there for anyone and everyone to grab seem almost unreal.
