It gets bigger and bigger every year. The Coming OUT Queer Dance Party is celebrating its third year of unadulterated and safe monthly fiestas at La Cocina, 201 N. Court Ave. So, this is super last minute because I just got the invite this morning. The 21 and older party stars at 10 p.m.

On March 25th, 2011, 2 brown queers from the hood birthed from their b-holes the first Coming Out Queer Dance Party in hopes of creating a fun and safe space for ALL Tucson queers and their allies to dance to anything and everything queer and queer-loved. The goals were set early: "House party jams. Pop pleasures. Drop-it-low booty bass. ANAL BEATZ."

3 YEARS LATER and we're still at it.

Thanks to the support of the wonderful gang at La Cocina and from everyone who shows up every month to get crazy and dance out their hearts + buttz until 2AM, we still have this little DIY-style dance party to enjoy every last Friday of the month. CUM celebrate 3 wonderful years of dance-floor-dry-humping, last-minute-dance-contests, and watching Jaime dance on a table in his underwear. Tucson, we love you.
