City Road Bond Package Now Passing by 242 Votes

Plucky Prop 409, which would allow the city to sell bonds to raise money to fix many of our troubled roads, is now passing by 242 votes. There are an estimated 26,000 provisional ballots left to count, according to Pima County officials, but it's unclear how many of those were cast by voters inside the city limits.
