This Week in Tucson Bicycling

The people responsible for keeping people out of the bike lanes seem to park in them when it's convenient for them. Check out these two separate officers who parked in the bike lanes within 10 minutes of each other.

The defense attorney for a woman accused of seriously injuring a cyclist and then trying to cover of the crash after leaving the scene, is trying to force the prosecutor to honor a pleas deal that was later rescinded. Read more about it here.
