Club Crawl Preview: Ladylike

Posted by on Thu, Apr 19, 2012 at 1:03 PM

While Spotify seems to think Ladylike is "a rock-oriented version of the Pussycat Dolls" assembled by "KSU Studios, an entertainment company headquarted in Malaysia", the band playing Club Crawl on Saturday night is actually a Phoenix power-pop act formed from the ashes of one of my favorite Arizona bands ever, The Loveblisters. Do you enjoy the slightly dramatic hooks of current chart-toppers fun.? Then you'll love Ladylike.

Their latest video, for "Straitjacket Love", is above, their self-titled album is on Spotify and Bandcamp, and they'll be performing live on the Club Congress outdoor stage at 10 pm Saturday night.
