Sublime is coming to Tucson. Sort of.
While Sublime is best known as the popular ska-punk band of the 'late 90s, their name was changed to "Sublime with Rome" when Rome Ramirez took over as frontman after Bradley Nowell's death. Though most die-hard fans (no pun intended) agree that Ramirez can't take his place, many may be OK with the fact that Sublime's music lives on.
Can Ramirez hold a candle to Nowell? You decide.
Tickets are available starting Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. For more information, visit the Rialto's website.
