Tucson firefighters extinguish a small blaze at a shuttered gas station on First Avenue south of Grant Road on Wednesday, Dec. 21.

I confess that I shot the photo, Red Star. I was driving by, noticed the smoke and asked myself what Jimmy Olsen would do. The firetrucks arrived moments later and swiftly brought the inferno under control before the flames could spread to the nearby neighborhood.
