Scott Wins Ward 4 Seat

The final votes are counted and Councilwoman Shirley Scott is the winner of the Ward 4 race. Scott squeaked by with a 1,862-vote margin over Republican Tyler Vogt.

Check the results yourself here. We'll do some crunching of the numbers over the next few days.

ETA: Assistant City Clerk Suzanne Mesich tells us there are about 50 votes left to count.
