Need Some Killer Thanksgiving Cooking Tips?

Posted by Adam Borowitz on Mon, Nov 7, 2011 at 2:30 PM

Imagine how guests will swoon when you tell them Janos Wilder taught you how to cook the bird this year. You will be one popular Thanksgiving host with such clout, and there's a good chance there will be fewer leftovers than you anticipated with this kind of deliciousness on the menu:

Roast Turkey Adobado with Smoked Poblano, and Portbello Stuffing, Chiptole Molasses Sweet Potatoes, Cornbread, Mushroom and Chorizo Stuffing, Gingered Jalapeño Orange Cranberries, Maple Syrup Gravy and Caramel Pumpkin Mousse.

Learn how to cook all of that at Wilder's Thanksgiving cooking class at Janos, the restaurant, on Saturday, Nov. 19. It's reservation-only, and costs $50. Call 615-6100 for reservations or more information.
