RIP, Amy Winehouse

Posted by on Sat, Jul 23, 2011 at 3:00 PM

Amy Winehouse, troubled British singer, was found dead in London at her home today. When someone who struggles prominently with substance abuse dies, the discussion that follows the announcement of their demise is always going to be a mixed bag of reactions and looking at my Facebook feed, today is no different. However, for this music fan, Amy Winehouse was an incredibly talented singer and songwriter. I'd like to just remember a few of her great performances and be wistful for what could have been.

Amy Winehouse was 27.
