The results are in, and Ryan Clark of the restaurant at Lodge on the Desert will compete against Steven Schultz of Red Sky inside Luna Bella at this year’s Iron Chef Tucson competition.
Chef Schultz has cooked his way around the world — Paris, Switzerland and Australia — and he's held positions locally at the Ventana Room and other spots before opening Luna Bella and Red Sky.
Clark is a two-time champion of the Iron Chef competition at the annual Tucson Meet Yourself event, and he’ll be competing in this year’s Copper Chef Challenge and BBQ at this year’s Tucson Culinary Festival in October.
