Vigil Tonight at the Rialto

Posted By on Sat, Jan 8, 2011 at 4:18 PM

Curtis McCrary of the Rialto Theatre (and a Weekly contributor) tells me that the doors will open at the Rialto tonight at 7:30 p.m. for a special vigil in honor of Gabrielle Giffords, John Roll and the other victims of today's shooting.

He said the lineup of musicians has yet to be determined, but local greats such as Joey Burns and Salvador Duran have been invited.

The originally scheduled concert by TNT has been cancelled.
