McClung Pulling Out Her Hair

Posted By on Tue, Nov 2, 2010 at 9:36 PM

Rookie Congressional candidate Ruth McClung tried to ease the crowd over here at Republican HQ, saying: "We really are neck-and-neck, so I'll admit I'm very nervous. We're all here biting our nails together, or pulling our hair out."

She is currently about 700 votes behind Congressman Raul Grijalva, or less than 1 percent of the vote.

"Regardless of what happens tonight, I believe that we've shown America that there is not a safe district," she says.
