I heard a song on locals only Tuesday night, "If You're Gonna Be Stupid, You Better Be Tough." Or was it "Dumb?" In any case, one presumes Mr. Frazer at least thinks he's tough. It's hard to imagine some one being proud of this idiotic E-mail to the point of actually giving his correct name.
