This is one of the lattes that Carrie Levesque made for us this morning at Maynards Market and Kitchen. The lattes were mentioned in this week's Noshing Around column, and after trying them we report that they're as rich and frothy as they are beautiful. Levesque has competed in several coffee-art competitions in other states, and said her other artform is cutting snowflakes out of paper. This design is called the fern. Isn't it lovely? Below is a picture of Levesque and a couple of the lattes she makes.
