Are There Enough Votes in the AZ House to Pass the Brewer Budget Package?

We hear that the Brewer budget package will be heard in the House Appropriations Committee tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. and will be heading for the House floor later that day. Does this mean that someone has rounded up enough votes to put a sales-tax question on the ballot?

We explained here why it was proving to be a tough deal to make.
